How do I attend the Hove Bootcamp?

You can sign up for free session to the Evening “Drop in” bootcamp through going to the bootcamp contact page. Please remember to download the health questionnaire (par-q, not so much of a mouthful) fill it out and bring it with you. Next step is to book into a bootcamp via the on-line booking system. So come along, meet your fellow bootcampers and see what we do at bootcamp.

If it’s your first time, don’t be nervous. All our personal trainers are not military trained so we won’t shout. But they will encourage you to work to your maximum to get the results you want. If you come with the attitude that you want to improve and achieve great results then the group dynamic will really motivate you do so.

Who is the HAVIT Bootcamp suitable for?

HAVIT Bootcamp fitness sessions are for everyone no matter what your age or level of health or fitness*, and your group personal trainer will be able to offer you different options for each exercise, so that you can work at a level that’s comfortable but challenging for you.

All levels and abilities are welcome but participants are advised to have been taking some form of physical activity before attending. If uncertain of your level of fitness please call 0772 9899625 to discuss your options with a qualified trainer.

What results can I expect from bootcamp?

Typically for women 4-8llbs and men 1-2 inches off the waist. We offer free body measurement testing (scales and circumferential measurements) so that you can know exactly how you’ve improved. The more effort you put in the better the results – full attendance of 12 sessions in 4 weeks is recommended.

What do I need to bring bootcamp?

A towel, appropriate footwear i.e comfortable trainers, plenty of water, any fitness equipment, i.e fitness mat, dumbbells and a big smile. Oh and if your first time, your PAR-Q (that’s a repetition cos it’s important).

What happens at a Bootcamp?

Well it’s all about getting fit and having fun. All our sessions are geared to train the whole body, burn fat and get you
looking toned and feeling good.  A typical session includes cardio drills, kettlebells, bodyweight exercises, boxing using pads and gloves. See the About the Bootcamp page for more information on what we do.

When should I arrive at the bootcamp?

After you’ve booked via the on-line booking system, you should try to arrive a few minutes early so we can all warm up together.

What happens if it rains or it’s cold?

You’ll get wet. Our bootcamps run whatever the weather (unless we are subjected to exceptionally bad weather conditions).

What happens if I am unable to attend a 4 week bootcamp session?

If you miss a booked session then unfortunately it cannot be claimed at a later date. There are 12 sessions on a 4 week bootcamp and none can be transferred to another date.

What happens if I am unable to attend a booked “Drop in” bootcamp session?

If you miss a booked session then unfortunately it cannot be claimed at a later date. 24 hours notice must be given (via text listing name, date and time of bootcamp) for any changes or cancellations to bootcamps bookings made online or the session will be lost.

How do I sign up and pay for bootcamp and what happens when I do?

You sign up by paying in one of several ways: online via paypal, cheque, cash or direct debit. For more information about how to pay email enquiries@fitness-havit.co.uk

Once, you’ve signed up and paid you’ll be sent an email with the free nutritional handout and information about how to book in for the free body measurement testing. Oh and please remember to book your place on the bootcamp on-line
